Nice try... goodbye...

Last sunday, at last, our first official park-invitation-spring-2006. Dear sister-in-law and hubbie invited us for a day of parksitting to enjoy, while drinking as much red wine as possible, a game of Colonists (don't know the English translation...). After a visit at the zoo, (we have seasontickets) that was crowded with lots of backward ape-like figures with their loud offspring, we skipped marrily to the nearby park where we lay ourselves down as soon as the other half of the quartet arrived. Open winebottles, toasts with olive tapenade (?), cheese, crisps, a big tray that served as a solid base for the boardgame and of course, let's not forget her... my UFO of the moment. What luxury, what bliss, what a nice weather... Not three rounds of rolling the dice later rain splashed down so, with wine in hand, our tails in between our legs and one desillision richer we returned to our flat, nice try... goodbye...

Thanks, Foxlady!
It's a small bag I'm working on to sell at 'Queensday', a dutch holiday where we celebrate the Queen's birthday. It's really silly, the whole country dresses up in orange, we sell and buy stuff from each other on the streets. It's like the whole country is having a garagesale in the center of the city they live in. It's weird... don't ask...
(pictures will follow!)
